Our first stop is Bún Bò Huế, a flavorful beef noodle soup with aromatic broth, lemongrass, chili, and tender beef. It is distinctly different from phở and gives you an early introduction to the variety of Vietnamese cuisine.

Enjoy the soup with iced jasmine tea, then get back on the motorcycle and continue exploring the city.
