Get set for an unforgettable adventure that commences right from your hotel! Our skilled drivers and guides will be eagerly waiting for you. The guide will offer crucial tips to ensure a safe and comfortable bike riding experience, including comfortable scooter mounting and sitting and using simple signals when necessary. Once everyone is feeling comfortable and prepared, the guide will provide a detailed overview of the itinerary and inquire about any specific dietary requirements. With everyone well-equipped, it’s time to hit the road and commence our exhilarating and thrilling adventure!
During the first leg of our journey, we will explore Hanoi’s famous landmarks while uncovering its obscure cultural riches. Our adventure will take us across the iconic Long Bien Bridge and down the 150-year-old railway tracks to a nearby community where inhabitants reside in close vicinity to the trains passing by. Later on, we will pamper ourselves with a rejuvenating glass of Bia Hoi, the country’s signature drink, prior to embarking on a short excursion to West Lake where we can bask in its peaceful and invigorating ambiance.
For the second segment of our trip, we’ll embark on a serene and lively tour of the agricultural villages that line the Red River. The villages are adorned with fields of flowers, vegetables, and banana trees, offering us a chance to witness the delightful contrast between urban and rural lifestyles in Hanoi and discover diverse ways of living.
Moving on to the third stage, we’ll wind our way through narrow alleys until we arrive at Huu Tiep Lake, where a plane was shot down in 1972 and remains submerged to this day. We’ll meet a local family and chat with the owner, a war veteran, about their experiences of life in Vietnam. This will deepen our comprehension of Vietnamese culture and customs.
Finally, in the last part of our excursion, we’ll savor authentic cuisine at local restaurants and family-run establishments to support the community. We’ll also drop by a unique Egg Coffee Cafe that has been serving customers since 1946.
