Next, we’ll uncover a hidden food gem in District 3—a local hotspot where you’ll taste Chuoi Nuong, grilled plantain topped with coconut milk, blending sweet and savory notes. Alongside this treat, you’ll try Banh Xeo, a crispy pancake stuffed with shrimp and served with herbs and a special dipping sauce.
