    Our tour starts around sunset, the best way to escape the heat of the day and the perfect way to go under skin and dig in to the stomach of this cuisine heaven.

    First we sample the local specialties: deep fried wonton and white rose dumplings at a local eatery and enjoy a coffee at a street corner to “watch the world go by”. Next we head out to the river bank for a boat ride along Thu Bon River to enjoy the view of Hoi an ancient town lighting up with thousands of colorful lanterns when the evening comes.

    A short drive through the alleyways and narrowed streets takes us to a local favorite to try the fresh spring roll and hot pot. Believe or not they are just starter now we come to our main meal. For this we drive into a local BBQ where we cook our food on the table and of course they come with cold beers. The final stop on our tour is a stop at a live music bar where songs in both English and Vietnamese are performed by talented amateur locals.
