8:00 AM – Your private guide and car will pick you up from your hotel or residence in Hanoi.

9:30 AM – Arrive in Ri Village. Meet your host, Mr. Duoc, a Vietnam War veteran and tea farm owner. He’ll welcome you with a drink and share fascinating wartime stories. Learn how to harvest tea leaves on his tea plantation and visit his small tea workshop to see how the tea is produced.

11:15 AM – Take a short drive to Moc Village. Meet Ms. Chin, your cooking instructor, and join a hands-on Vietnamese cooking class. Enjoy a delicious lunch with the dishes you’ve helped prepare.
