🟢 Part 1: Bánh Mì & an Introduction to Saigon

Your adventure starts with hotel pickup and a meeting with your Vietnamese female motorcycle driver and English-speaking guide. After a brief safety introduction, we ride into the heart of Saigon.

Our first food stop features Bánh Mì, Vietnam’s famous baguette sandwich. Enjoy the combination of crisp bread, savory fillings, pâté, meat, pickled vegetables, and fresh herbs.

Once you’ve enjoyed the first taste, we continue riding through Saigon’s streets. The route takes you beyond the main tourist areas, passing cafés, shops, traditional homes, businesses, and busy intersections.

We then make our way toward a lively market and street-food neighborhood.

Afterward, we continue through smaller streets and residential lanes before heading to the next food destination.

We then move toward a casual seafood destination for grilled oysters, which may be prepared with black pepper sauce or quail egg toppings.
