Itinerary: Hanoi by Motorbike Tours
Stage 1: Hotel Pickup & Banh Cuon Delight
Begin your Hanoi By Night Foodie Motorbike Tour with a pickup from your hotel, where your friendly guide and drivers will give you a safety briefing and share the evening’s itinerary. Our first stop is a cozy family-run diner, where you’ll taste some of Hanoi’s best Banh Cuon (steam-rolled cake). Watch the chef craft this delicate dish with precision, and then savor the flavorful rice rolls. Afterward, we ride through the charming alleys of the Old Quarter, lit up by lanterns, as we head toward the Red River for a mesmerizing panoramic view of the city at night.
Stage 2: Bun Cha & Train Street Adventure
Next, we head to one of Hanoi’s beloved family-run restaurants to enjoy a steaming bowl of Bun Cha (grilled pork with vermicelli noodles). Afterward, we make our way to Train Street, a lively area where locals live, eat, and socialize right next to the active train tracks. Watch the trains zoom past as you take in the sights of this vibrant neighborhood. Along the way, we’ll pass iconic landmarks such as the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and the Hanoi Flag Tower.
Stage 3: West Lake Views & Street Food Sampling
We’ll then head toward West Lake for a scenic ride along the water. Here, you’ll see the beautiful contrast of Hanoi’s historical sites on one side and modern skyscrapers on the other. At the lake, we’ll stop to savor freshly grilled seafood and sample traditional dishes like Pho, Banana Salad, and more. These local delicacies are perfect for giving you a taste of Hanoi’s rich culinary heritage.
Stage 4: Ngu Xa Village & Street Food Exploration
Our journey continues to Ngu Xa Village, a lively spot known for its street food culture. Here, we explore even more of Hanoi’s local dishes, sampling savory treats and sweet snacks as we interact with local vendors. The vibrant atmosphere of this village adds a special touch to this culinary adventure, making it a true immersion into Hanoi’s food scene.
Stage 5: Vietnamese Egg Coffee & Dessert Finale
We wrap up the tour with a visit to a popular Hanoi café to indulge in a cup of the famous Vietnamese egg coffee, a local specialty that dates back to 1946.
