ITINERARY: Hanoi Food and Sights Motorbike Tours Led by Women

Join us for an exhilarating adventure starting from your hotel, where you will meet our knowledgeable guide and drivers. Our guide will provide essential tips to ensure safe bike riding, such as comfortable mounting and sitting on our scooters, and using simple signals when necessary. Once everyone is comfortable and ready, our guide will give a detailed overview of the itinerary and inquire about any special dietary requirements. With everyone well-prepared, it’s time to hit the streets and embark on our thrilling adventure!

During the first leg of our tour, we’ll uncover Hanoi’s celebrated landmarks and uncover its hidden cultural jewels. Our journey will take us over the iconic Long Bien Bridge and down the 150-year-old train tracks to a nearby community where residents live just meters away from the rails. Following that, we’ll enjoy a refreshing glass of Bia Hoi, the national drink, before setting off on a short cruise to West Lake to bask in the pristine, invigorating air.

During the second part of our expedition, we will embark on a serene and lively tour of the agricultural villages that run alongside the Red River. These villages are adorned with flower, vegetable, and banana plantations, presenting us with a chance to witness the delightful contrast between urban and rural lifestyles in Hanoi and encounter diverse ways of living.

For the third phase, we will navigate through narrow alleys until we reach Huu Tiep Lake, where a plane was shot down in 1972 and remains submerged to this day. We will have the opportunity to meet a local family and converse with the owner, who is a war veteran, about their experiences of life in Vietnam. This will deepen our understanding of Vietnamese culture and traditions.

In the final part of our journey, we will savor authentic cuisine at local restaurants and family-run establishments, supporting the community in the process. Moreover, we will visit a unique Egg Coffee Cafe that has been serving customers since 1946.

We provide helmets, full body raincoats, face – masks, plenty of water and first aid kits are always available. So you don’t need to bring much!We recommend wearing sunscreen, sunglasses and comfortable shoes.
