Watch the chef in action as they prepare this dish with skill and precision, then enjoy the fresh, delicate rice rolls. Afterward, we weave through the vibrant, lantern-lit streets of the Old Quarter, heading towards the Red River for a beautiful panoramic night view of the city.
Stage 2: Savor Bun Cha & Explore Train Street
Our next stop is a popular local spot where you can enjoy Bun Cha (grilled pork with vermicelli noodles), a classic Hanoi dish. After this, we visit the iconic Train Street, where daily life happens right next to active train tracks. Watch the trains pass as you immerse yourself in the energy of this lively street. Additional Info: We provide helmets, full body raincoats, face – masks, plenty of water and first aid kits are always available. So you don’t need to bring much!We recommend wearing comfortable shoes and cloth. For women, we do not recommend skirts as it may be uncomfortable to ride on a scooter.
