Itinerary: Hanoi Scooter Food Tours Led By Women
Stage 1: Hotel Pickup & Tasting Steam-Rolled Cake
Your Hanoi By Night Foodie Motorbike Tour begins with a warm welcome from your guide and drivers at your hotel. After a safety briefing and itinerary rundown, we head to a family-run diner, famous for serving the best Banh Cuon (steam-rolled cake) in the city. Watch the chef’s skilled hands create this delicate dish, then savor the taste of these rice rolls. Next, we ride through Hanoi’s lantern-lit Old Quarter before reaching the Red River, where we’ll stop for a breathtaking night view of the city.
Stage 2: Bun Cha Delight & Train Street Adventure
Next, we make our way to a local restaurant known for its mouthwatering Bun Cha (grilled pork with vermicelli noodles). After savoring this traditional dish, we take a ride through the lively Train Street, where locals live, eat, and shop right by the tracks. Experience the charm of this bustling neighborhood, with the train passing close by. Along the way, we’ll also pass famous landmarks like the Hanoi Flag Tower and Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum.
Stage 3: Scenic Ride Around West Lake & Street Food Sampling
Our third stage takes us to the scenic West Lake, where we ride along the lakefront, taking in the picturesque blend of old and new Hanoi. On one side, centuries-old areas charm visitors, while on the other, modern high-rises dominate the skyline. At a lakeside stop, enjoy freshly grilled seafood and sample a range of local dishes, such as Pho and Banana Salad, for an authentic taste of Hanoi’s food scene.
Stage 4: Ngu Xa Village & Culinary Exploration
Next, we explore Ngu Xa Village, known for its street food culture. Here, we dive into Hanoi’s rich culinary traditions, sampling even more delicious dishes and interacting with the friendly locals who sell everything from savory snacks to sweet treats. This stop promises a deeper understanding of Vietnamese food that you won’t want to miss.
